The hotel is situated in an advantageous location on top of a small hill, allowing easy access to all major attractions in the vast surrounding area. The large grounds provide ample room for sports and outdoor activities. The rooms themselves are quite comfortable, with functional bathrooms and blinds for privacy.
The staff seem to struggle with more complex requests and take a long time to respond to issues.

The hotel had a great outdoor pool for swimming and relaxing. The rooms were functional and had everything we needed. Additionally, the hotel had a travel agency on site to help us book tours and excursions.
The hotel lacked adequate storage space for our belongings. Also, the location proved somewhat inconvenient as we had to rent a car to reach the nearby attractions. while we enjoyed the pool and the convenience of the travel agency, the lack of storage space and location kept our experience from being perfect.

Our stay at this hotel exceeded our expectations. The luxurious amenities, including the indoor and outdoor swimming pool, sauna, and private facilities, made our stay very comfortable. The entertainment provided was exceptional, with live music at the bar lounge area and the exquisite restaurant that served the most delicious breakfast. We also enjoyed the Spa & Wellness Center that provided efficient massage services. The garden area was simply beautiful and provided a serene environment for relaxation.
The only minor issue we encountered was the slow service provided by the hotel staff. However, this did not overshadow the luxurious experience we had while staying at this venue.

We enjoyed the beautiful nature surrounding the hotel and the large pool was a plus. The service was prompt and friendly.
The constant loud music playing in all areas, including breakfast and dinner, ruined the atmosphere and made it impossible to have a romantic escape. The lack of vegetarian options and fresh fruits was a disappointment.

I loved staying here. The hotel is located in a large area with plenty of outdoor activities, beautiful nature and different types of swimming pools. The staff was great and the breakfast was amazing - fresh fruits, different types of bread, omelets made by request, a variety of hot beverages, and fresh juice. The location is also convenient to access all major attractions in the area.
