Great breakfast with plenty of appetising foods...

Quiet hotel in a fairly nice area right by Hakodate in the future, Goryokaku Park and the restaurant with private rooms. Really kind staff on reception and elsewhere. Huge and tidy room and reasonably good breakfast. Perfect views of the ocean all around. Marvellous location, not too far away from Yukura Shrine. Great choice for trip❤👌

Wi-Fi was a bit slow.

The hotel offers a Japanese breakfast buffet and an omelet station. The staff is friendly and creates a happy atmosphere. The room was spacious, and we had a good night's sleep on the tatami beds. The beach view from the room was incredibly beautiful.

The hotel was a bit far from the city, so it was difficult to get around without a car or public transport. The parking is limited and tight, which made it tough to park our car.

Staff service excellent. Close to airport. Private onsen with balcony. Japanese buffet breakfast. Authentic experience with mostly Japanese guests. Red wine at check-in. Great food at restaurant. Complimentary bubbly for anniversary.

This hotel is conveniently located near popular attractions and public transportation. You can easily explore the area by bus or tram. Plus, it’s right next to the ocean. The rooms are spacious and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff is attentive and provides excellent service. The breakfast is delicious and offers a variety of options, including fresh seafood.

The hotel facilities could benefit from more English-language instructions for non-Japanese speaking guests.

I recently stayed at a ryokan in Hokkaido during Easter and had a pretty good experience. The view of the ocean from my room was breathtaking. The food was delicious and I loved trying the local dishes. I also appreciated the hot spring baths that were available on the balcony of my room.

The price was really high and I expected more for what I paid. The lack of internet connection was quite inconvenient, especially when I needed to stay connected with family back home.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The hotel facilities were great, including the private onsen balcony with ocean view and the spacious and clean room. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast and dinner that had plenty of food options. Moreover, the staff was very hospitable and helpful in assisting us with information on several attractions nearby. We particularly loved the location on the top of the ocean, which provided a relaxing atmosphere.

I had a fantastic stay at this place! The location was so convenient, just a short walk from the train station. The staff here were incredibly helpful and friendly. They even offered a welcome drink while I was checking in. The room was amazing, with all the amenities I could ask for. The heating and air conditioning kept me comfortable throughout my stay, and the flat-screen TV provided entertainment. The hotel also had a sauna and hot spring bath, which were perfect for relaxation. I had a great experience here and would highly recommend it to friends.
