The location of this hotel is ideal, as it is just across the street from the Everbright Convention & Exhibition Centre in Caobao Road. It is also fairly close to the metro station, making it convenient for transportation. The hotel facilities are sufficient and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Additionally, the staff at this hotel are friendly and helpful.

I did't like the Yun's Paradise Waltz Boutique Hotel! The room smelled really bad, they were doing some constructions in the building and at 7 am the noise started and i couldn't sleep very well. The staff could hardly speak in english and the staff at the breakfast was not very friendly. Will never again stay at this hotel and definetly do not recommend it. oh! and location is not good.. far from everything, have to take taxi or subway to go every place!

The front desk staff (Glen?) was very helpful.

It was not nice that the hotel staffs (attendants) were sitting and sleeping in the corner of the restaurant while the guests were having their breakfast. The staffs ate the same food from the buffet as well.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for my needs as it was just opposite the Everbright Convention & Exhibition Centre in Caobao Road. This made it incredibly convenient for attending events and conferences. Additionally, the hotel was fairly close to the metro station, making it easy for me to explore the city.

This hotel is highly recommended for families due to its convenient location and excellent services.

I dont like it at all very bad location and no facility at all, no spa no massage no loby nothing at all very small reception. staff no body know english. the rooms on street very noisy

It looks like a nice hotel in Shanghai. Staffs are kindly and more efficiency to assist us. Room is quite big and valued , some facilities are suit for business guys like fax machine and Iphone sockets in room.Overall, it should be a perfect hotel in Shanghai.Hopefully, I can get the next chance to stay!

The guest room was nice, and the window curtain was electrically controlled. The hotel was located conveniently near a subway station, making travel around the area easier. the staff was very friendly.

My experience at the hotel was marred by the fact that the staff did not speak English. This made communication with them difficult.

It is a typical boutique hotel and nice valued in Shanghai. Location is pretty well easy to exhibition centre. Wonderful service in hotel whatever the front desk or other operating department, they always pay more attention to every guest needs constantly. I'd like to say perfect to the room , facilities can be the same as other boutique hotel but we only pay half, haha! I like it and expect for the future stay !

Not a very friendly staff. Got there and they could not find my booking and demanded more than I booked for.. I stuck to it and finally thjey gave in. Brought breakfast to my room.. very cold and tasteless and very cold..and with chopsticks..wow what a way to eat an ormlette..!!!! TTV had 12 channels all in Chinese! Demamded deposit (showed them my booking which said no deposit required) for Minibar.. I refused and they locked everything away! Overall I'say China is like that..taxi drivers cant speak a word of english so went around in the subway which was cheap and good

I get so proud that I select this hotel. Hotel is really wonderful , big rooms and fantastic facilities like fax machine and Ipod socket. International five hotel maybe also like this. but I can stay more days by using the same money in Yun's boutique Hotel. Staffs are very professional and helpful to us, you can get any assists in front desk. Overall, it is great hotel in Shanghai !

It's extremely close to the Exhibition Center so that is key if you're travelling for an exhibition at the Everbright Convention and Exhibition Center.

The staff barely speaks english, the breakfast selection is poor, rooms are cold -heating doesn't work well, and noisy. Hotel is modern yet lack maintenance.

yun's hotel is a very well equiped hotel.. yun's got everything that i needed including ipod's dock.zyuns is very satisfiying hotel..

Better boutique hotel I had stayed in Shanghai. The front office clerk assist us a lot by arrange our travel around Shanghai and many ways. Room is nice and comfortable which they have big bed, I love it and even they got a fax in room. Frankly speaking, I will stay it for my next travel in Shanghai.

The room design is good and rooms are clean (as well as the hotel in general).The location, few meters from Everbright Convention center is perfrect if you attend a fair there.

Internet was very slow or not working sometimes. for people travelling for business like me, it can be very problematic. the breakfast is good, but not very various food is available. And since guests are having the breakfast in the hotel restaurant, which is a fish restaurant, it smells fish in the restaurant in the morning. Not so pleasant, but that's ok !
