We had a truly relaxing time at this hotel. The location was perfect, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center but still easily accessible. The service provided was excellent, with the staff being very friendly and helpful. The hotel offered a wide range of amenities, including a sauna, massage services, and a spa center, ensuring our comfort and relaxation. The hot spring bath was simply incredible, especially when enjoyed under the night sky. We also appreciated the delicious buffet breakfast with a variety of options to choose from. we highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
In terms of cons, we couldn't find any negative aspects. We recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel is located in a peaceful area, perfect for a relaxing getaway from city noise. The hot spring is amazing, with a grand bath and a rooftop outdoor bath. The room was spacious and comfortable, with traditional Japanese-style items like tatami and futons. Dinner was a buffet with long-leg crab, sashimi, tempura, and more delicious Japanese and Western food, while breakfast was also a buffet with Japanese and Western styles.
The hotel is a bit far from the city center and some sightseeing spots, requiring a 30-minute tram ride. The English-speaking staff may be limited, which can create some difficulties for western travelers.

The hotel offered an inclusive buffet dinner and breakfast that really made the weekend more enjoyable. the hotel had friendly service and a beautiful traditional Japanese setting. We also enjoyed the view from the big onsen pool with an outdoor feature.
There was no Wi-Fi in the room, only in the lobby. , the bathroom in the rooms was a bit small for our liking.
