I had a fantastic stay at this hotel near the old terminal in Shanghai. The hotel was beautifully finished and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spotlessly cleaned every day, ensuring a comfortable stay. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and I particularly enjoyed the free internet access. Additionally, the supper buffet, which I received a voucher for, was absolutely delicious.

Spent xmas here & loved it! Rooms are comfy & clean, with great internet. The staff is super helpful & nice! The hotel is situated in a convenient location, close to the airport & train station. And the best part? They have a beautiful Koi fish pond that’s fun to feed!
That some taxi drivers didn't know the location, so it took some effort to get there. , there weren't many restaurants or amenities within walking distance.

The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. From the exclusive amenities, to the exceptional service, we felt luxurious and well taken care of during our stay. The luxurious room advantages were incredible, with exquisite details and high-quality bedding that made our stay truly memorable. Plus, we loved the private facilities and bar/lounge area, which provided an exclusive atmosphere for us to relax and socialize.
The only minor issue we experienced was with the location. While the hotel was centrally located, it was a bit far from the tourist areas, making it difficult to explore the city.
