The hotel is conveniently located on a bustling street with plenty of shops and amenities nearby, such as a cinema, supermarket, and bakeries. It's great to have everything you need within walking distance, even late at night.

The front desk staff who handled our check-in and check-out seemed inexperienced and easily confused, even when we spoke in Mandarin. This caused some delays and frustration.

Spent a lovely Easter weekend at a hotel in a bustling 3rd tier city. The location was great, as there were plenty of shops and a cinema right outside. I also enjoyed the breakfast spread, with a good selection of Chinese and Western options, including a coffee machine that made decent coffee. The room was clean and bright, with great internet TV.

The front desk staff were a bit confusing during check-in and check-out, but luckily other staff were helpful. I also found it a bit strange that smoking seemed to be allowed, even though there were No Smoking signs in the room.
