  The central location and parking were much appreciated, the food and atmosphere were very good, all of the staff were truly excellent and most helpful. The room was far too warm even we'd turned off the radiator.

  Location good and we tried 31Castlegate one evening a fantastic place. Staff were friendly and the central heating system was clicking and gurgling all night.

  Good location and ideal for exploring York. Excellent service a, the hot water for teas had been used for coffee and tasted awaful, breakfast staff and the concierge were very helpful.

  This related to sightseeing attractions, restaurants and directions, great location for places of intrest. Very pleasant staff, our room was very clean and the bathroom sparkling new.

  The room was big enough for a family of 4 and had a full on view of clifford's tower, the one great thing about this hotel was the location. All staff were friendly and helpful, thankfully the beds were exceptionally comfortable and clean.
