The views from the upper floors are spectacular towards fuji, the common areas of the hotel are very impressive and the lobby is beautiful. The staff are friendly, the rooms are large and well equipped, the Japanese breakfast at Shikitei is often thought to be one of the best in Japan.

For me, this facility was all about being a convenient location, hotel staff were very friendly and unobtrusive, the service was excellent and the room was massive. Wonderful French restaurant called le ciel on the top floor, the toilet had the heated seat/bidet/spray combination and breakfast buffet on the 70th floor was fabulous.

My room was on the 66th floor looking out at the stadium, and the view was great, staff throughout the hotel were also very helpful, the internet access was free and fast. The breakfast at the top floor was very nice, the bathtub was large.

Views are amazing across Yokohama and out to mount fuji, the hotel itself has a luxury feeling about. The lobby is nice and staff are helpful. Rooms are very modern, the buffet breakfast is super.
