I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is great - just outside of the bustling city center, but still close to all the must-see sights. The room was comfortable and clean, with a minibar and kettle for convenience. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with plenty of options to please everyone's tastes. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The only downside was the tricky access from the room to the breakfast restaurant, but it wasn't a major issue. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The room was comfortable and clean
Felt more like hostel then a hotel, big groups of teenagers, very loud at night, wi-fi only available in the lobby, which was crowded with loud teenagers, the cafe did not have the items offered on the menu, very poor food quality in the main dining room

Nice hotel, I thoroughly enjoyed marvellous breakfast!
The location was marvellous, close to The Biblical Zoo. It was located in a lovely area really close to the outskirts of the city away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, and the restaurant and bars, a good base for me.

Pretty quiet area, remote location close enough to the center of the city and a restful countryside atmosphere far from the madding crowds and city centre.

Great facilities and generous breakfast with so many fresh ingredients, cheeses plus meats. Excellent and ideal location minute walk from The Biblical Zoo. And so close to restaurants or stores...

I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and comfortable rooms at this hotel. The king-size bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom amenities were a nice touch. I also enjoyed the large balcony with a beautiful view of the hills. The hotel's recent refurbishment definitely shows in all areas - from the rooms to the bar, restaurant, kids play-world, and meeting rooms. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel at home, and the manager, Bruce, was especially attentive and passionate about ensuring a great guest experience. The buffet-style breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were top-notch, with a wide variety of fresh ingredients and local specialties. As a traveler with a toddler, the 'Jamboree' play-world was a fantastic surprise, and my little girl loved it. Though the hotel is a bit outside the city center, it is still easily accessible by bus or taxi, making it a peaceful retreat after a busy day. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Jerusalem.

The price of the room.
The breakfast room - it felt like a school canteen - and the food was like that, too. The room - the floor looked like it had not been cleaned in ages. A lot f dust and hair. The aircondition could not be switched on. On the door, a latch to lock the door from inside had been ripped off and not replaced. The bedlinens were stained. The shower had a mind of its own regarding hot and cold water and the bathroom sink had only a very weak water pressure.

We were delighted by the high level of customer service at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. It was truly refreshing to find a hotel that genuinely cares about its guests' needs.
Although the hotel is located a bit away from the city center, the bus ride on #17 or a 20-minute taxi drive easily took us where we wanted to go. The peacefulness of the hotel's neighborhood was a welcomed respite after a day of exploring.

Great location in Jerusalem, just few hundreds meters from the White Valley in a spectacular country side setting not very far from the Old City.
