In hot summer days, the rooms (studios) located to sunset and 5 th floor are so warm that is imposible to live in (there were 36 degrees C in the evening and during the nights; and we coud not stay in the room with AC on! That is why we leaved the hotel after 3 nights (booked 8 nights!),5 nights money back. The staff was not able/amable to change the room!

Very good location, 3 minutes to the beach. Condition in the rooms, microwave, washing machine, 2 big bedrooms.
The stuff dont know any languages, too near to karaoke bar, wich open all night.

Excellent location and swimming pool (better than some of the 4star hotels). Very spacious apartment. In general, the quality of the materials used in the apartment were from average to good (but not top quality as used in some of the 4star hotels), however they were in very good condition and thus made a positive impression. We didn't expected too much (based on feedback left by others), but we were positively impressed by the room cleaning service. The washing machine is really a positive aspect to mention when you are traveling with small kids.
The kitchen was nice, but unfortunately not fully equipped to make food for a family on constant basis. The boiler either doesn't have an expansion vessel (which means is cheap) either wasn't functioning properly since it was leaking when heated up the water.
