The hotel was excellent - it is in a great location close to all the main tourist sites in the Old City.
We were supposed to have been picked up from the airport by the hotel but the driver never appeared, we resorted to a taxi for the return journey.
I don´t know if they told anything to the taxi driver but the fact is he started the taximeter, it took us 45 minutes to get to the airport and the taximeter displayed 105 YTL.

The rooms were nicely decorated (best bed for sleeping at a hotel) and very clean and tasteful.
I would stay there again, but only if I could ensure in advance that I would be allocated an upper room for the natural light, 2 bed sheets or duvet etc.
Granted, we had tried to squeeze the four of us (2 adults, 2 kids) into one room, but with a triple room and one extra bed, only one person could walk around at a time (no joke).

The staff is great, the top floor open-air dining room serves a wonderful breakfast and the rooftop restaurant/bar is simply lovely.
The restaurant and bar staff were incredibly attentive and the breakfast was more than adequate with a large selection to choose from.
Breakfast was taken in the roof restaurant, great views over Istanbul, reasonable selection of food, not much in the way of hot food and when it was busy things ran out quickly.
The morning view of the city, including Hagia Sophia, from the roof top restaurant (excellent breakfasts) was a memory for a lifetime.

Excellent location for thr hidtorical city, very nice hotel in the heart of the old town and the front desk staff.
Great location, quiet place nad cosy rooms and excellent and very helpful staff especially the customer service lady.
Did not love the precints for gym, massage and sauna.
Located 100 yards away from Topkapi Sarai, it is ideal for a city break, with fitness, laundry and office connectivity.
