Professional hotel staff and reasonable prices.

Location was excellent to the tourist sights and the hotel was clean.

Perfect location and this hotel is perfectly located just behind the Winter palace.

The superior room I stayed in was clean and large.

    The location is excellent and just 3 minutes walk from the Winter Palace. On the whole the hotel is good and the reception staffs are very friendly and helpful.

    Price is surprisingly high compared, beds are hard and the breakfast is a bit poor. 1)Personnel doesn't know Russian well.

    Nice location and short distances to all famous museums. Professional hotel staff and reasonable prices. Friendly personnel and big rooms.

    The gates from the street to the patio are closed at midnight and need a little more tourist information - brochures etc - in the lobby. Additionally breakfasts might be better.
