  The location is really closed to shinsaibashi and this hotel is great. A beautiful traditional public bath is available in the basement of the building, luckily the front desk is manned 24 hours a day and the overnight receptionist was very nice and rooms are very spacious and clean.

  The internet connection at the lobby is very poor and the pillows are also ridiculously uncomfortable.

  We booked a traditional Japanese style room in the 'new building and very comfortable for the price. A great place to stay and the staff is friendly.
