The location was nice, i thought the hotel was excellent value for the money: clean and staff were friendly and helpful.
Clean hotel/room, good price and the staff are really helpful.
I have stayed at the YWCA in Vancouver which is basically a decent budget hotel at hostel prices, but this was just a hostel at budget hotel prices.
This was an excellent base for a conference at the Bell Centre and the 747 Express stop was just about one minute walk from the hotel.
The location was great and i was pleased to have a hotel close to the train station at a fair price.

The subway stop Lucien Allier is a short 3minute walk onto a safe area.

Our room had a private bath, which was off to the side of the bed behind a slide door.
We booked a private room w/ a private bath ensuite, it was extremely clean , the beds were very high standard, the hallways, stairwells, lobby and reception area are above quality and clean.
The other room for the two girls had three beds but they only paid 60 a night, had a shared bathroom shower like a college dorm, but every place was clean.
The actual hotel room we had on the 7th floor was excellent and the beds were very high standard.
Location was great - close to St, the hotel itself was pretty quiet and bed was the best thing at that time.
The location was great, proximity was ideal and the small restaurant was good place for breakfast.
There are so many eating choices available, variety and price wise.
Catherine and there's plenty of shops and nightlife in the area.

NO overnight parking, we had to park 1 block away and it was $20 to leave our car there overnight (they raised the price for the jazz festival).
Parking - there are many daily parking lots in the area.
They recommend the one on Crescent Street and we ended up parking our car there for two nights.
Very convenient in terms of its accessibility to the main downtown area, the hotel wasn't bad at all and rooms were clean & tidy.
Including a public underground parking area for a reasonable rate, bETTER THAN A HOTEL and the bathrooms were clean.
