Xona Resort Suites Scottsdale - 斯科茨

The location was so close to amazing restaurants and shopping but still secluded, quiet and restful.

Worked great for hosting the party and great location!

The facility is in an excellent, fairly secluded location in North Scottsdale next door to the popular Scottsdale Princess Resort.

About 2 miles from the airport so a little out of the way.

We got this deal from a Phx radio station at a good price.

King Bed Suite, which is like an apartment.

We stayed in a 1 bedroom with King sized bed and the room is like a 1 bedroom apt, with a living room, dining area, kitchen with bar, and a bedroom with patio.

The room has a dining area, kitchen, sitting room, huge bedroom with two double beds and a nice size bathroom.

We stayed in Casita #13 and had 4 bedrooms, each with two queen beds that all connected to a main kitchen and living room,,,it was perfect, we played cards watched some TV, stocked the fridge etc.

We liked the suite with its decent kitchen setup and 2 big tv's (bedroom & living room).

Other recommendations for an outstanding dining experiences are: Maggiano's Italian Restaurant, Sparro Sushi Bar, The Ocean Bar in Keirland and downtown, The Tortilla Factory (all off of Scottsdale road within a few miles of the resort).

But I did make a special point to eat at the Gordon's restaurant for breakfast, and it was not awful.

There are four swimming pools however there are no bars open by the swimming pools other than the main restaurant bar (with one of the smaller pools) although food/drink service can be ordered by phone from them.

Room service was great, as was the buffet breakfast with the waffle and omelet bar.

The service was very professional, but under staffed in most areas (especially the restaurant and pool bar).

The Staff and Service is just impeccable, they were kind of busy, but you still see Managers walking around, picking up trash,.

The service was very professional, the concierge was very helpful and rooms were clean and large.

We also observed that the housekeeping carts, filled with towels and supplies were left outside all night in an area next to the parking lot, exposed to the weather, birds and insects.

To make matters worse, the resort then allowed the pool to stay open until 12 am for them on a few nights.

Pool is heated and whirlpool was fantastic.

The wireless internet now comes with a package including free local and long disttance calls however the signal for the wi-fi is very weak and seems to fade in and out.

I was stuck using dial-up, because I didn't bring my adapter which would allow me to use their adapter - for another additional fee - that would let me use wireless.

Overall, the housekeeping was great and the room was clean.

I ran around the suite in my white socks (kitchen too) and they stayed clean!

The room was clean, the food was wonderful and our waiter was extremely child friendly.

Very nice place, eXCELLENT services and the rooms were clean.

The staff was great and the room was fairly clean.
