I recently stayed at Xon'S Valencia for a weekend getaway. The staff was incredibly helpful and always had a smile on their face. The bed in my room was really comfortable and the room itself was spacious. I was pleasantly surprised to find a good number of sockets available for all my charging needs. The breakfast had a great variety of options and the dinner was tasty and served efficiently. The highlight for me was the lovely swimming pool. this hotel is great value for money and highly recommended.

The room, although there was a small white cockroach in the bathroom. But all in all, it was fine.

At dinner time there was only one waitress to take orders, bring them to the table, collect, etc. Which caused too much delay to be taken care of. In my case I asked to eat spaghetti with pesto sauce and cheese, after waiting a long time to be served, the pesto sauce was not appreciated, and I had to wait until I could be served again to claim more sauce, because the spaghetti was white, and after serving other customers, was that I received a tiny container with a spoonful of pesto sauce... I do not know if it is the regulation of the place, but in other places they serve enough sauce to dye the pasta. Then I ordered three ice cream balls with caramel and cream for dessert, as advertised in the menu, and they only brought the ice cream. I had to claim the rest.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious and comfortable hotel. The location in a commercial district was ideal for us, as it provided easy access to shopping centers and nearby attractions. The hotel staff were extremely attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome drink and provided with valuable information about tours and ticket assistance.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, the amenities were top-notch, and the location was ideal.

Without a doubt, the attention given by the members of the reception was excellent, close and very friendly.

It must be taken into account that part of what is damaged in the rooms and that is not solved is the fault of the client since we found the plug of the bathtub broken and could not be used, it could only be used as a shower so I do not want to reproach the hotel staff that this was not in condition if not quite the opposite because when we communicated at the reception to perform the check out we were told that if we had said at the time we would have changed room, so I reiterate that the hotel staff is very friendly. On the other hand and as for the dining room hours (and I'm talking about breakfast), although in this case it was open until 10:30 I understand that this deadline is set so that no one else enters after that time but should leave a margin before removing the products so that customers who are inside the room and entered before the deadline can enjoy a little more time.

Convenient location next to the Bonaire shopping centre with good low-cost restaurants and ample parking space. Easy to find and close to the race track. Clean hotel facilities and friendly staff.

As a budget price airport hotel, the value is excellent. In particular, the breakfast at €10 was as good as many 4 or 5 star hotels. Reception staff are very helpful even with little things.....I wanted to post a letter and tried to buy stamps at reception. They only have a franking machine but took my mail and sent it for no charge.

Area around hotel a bit of an industrial wasteland , but hotels own patio and pool area lovely

The hotel is conveniently located close to the race circuit and the large Bonaire shopping centre. The rooms are a nice size with large windows providing plenty of light. The staff provide room service and the restaurant has a good selection of food, including local produce.

The wifi speed is unacceptably slow.

I chose this hotel for attending a congress and was pleased to find that it provided easy access to the largest leisure and business park in Europe, the Bonaire commercial centre. The hotel's facilities were convenient, clean, and well-maintained, making my stay enjoyable.

One service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center with printing and copying facilities. It would have been helpful to have these amenities on-site for any last-minute document needs.

The hotel was easy to find and close to the airport which was convenient for our Easter weekend trip. The bedsheets were clean and the room was spacious enough for two people. Plus, the hotel offered free Wi-Fi which was great for checking our travel plans.

The hotel was far too basic for our liking. The curtains in the room didn't block out enough light, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
