Difficult to find the hotel as it is better known by a different name and locals were not familiar with the name we were given. The staff spoke very little English, making communication a challenge.

The hotel is located in the centre of the old city. Air conditioning, small kitchen, free cable Internet access.

Problems with bathroom: there was a shower only, with low water head (слабый напор воды) and gummed drain, so the water would quickly overflow to the floor... It also would take some time with open tap to get hot water, however, it would quickly be over and one would stay under a cold shower. The staff almost doesn't speak English and therefore can't give any explanations or recommendations. The hotel takes only cash and, as usually in China, in advance - so be ready to go to the nearest ATM to withdraw money (don't remember about obligatory additional deposit sum). There was some other unpleasant stuff, but general impression - better look for another hotel nearby.

Nobody speaks english! If you try talking to them, all the do is giggle.

During my recent Christmas holiday, I stayed at a three star hotel that was excellent value for money. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a modern bathroom and 24 hour hot water. The location was ideal, just a short five minute walk from a popular attraction and only ten minutes from the heart of another busy area. Another advantage was the easy access provided by the hotel's proximity to the airport shuttle terminus, which made getting to and from the hotel a breeze.

On the negative side, I found that the hotel staff's English skills were limited, which made communication a bit challenging at times. It was difficult to ask for specific information or assistance outside of basic requests.

Hotel staff does not speak English.The room I booked was big, with a small kitchen and a living room but the bathroom, much smaller than the kitchen, was really poor because the shower was almost on top of the toilet bowl.

Most people of the hotel staff didn't speak English, only Chinese. We had a kitchen in our room, but no kitchensupplies like for example knives.
