The location is perfect - very central to Colonial Williamsburg, this place didn't have much ammenities and the front desk folks seemed nice enough.

We found the location to be convenient to all the attractions and felt the condo was the best part of our vacation.

We were checked in within five minutes and never called to attend a TimeShare offering.

Living room w/ TV/VCR an extra large whirlpool tub all in our suite and bathroom as well as beautiful granite counter tops in the kitchen.

Our one bedroom condo was recently renovated with granite countertops, washer/dryer, 2 showers, and new carpet.

The staff were very courteous, the beds were comfortable and the outdoor pool was nice.

The beds were comfortable, the kitchen cabinets were very high and the food was good.

We went on the tour bus to Washington, DC for a day through Tidewater Tours (Wyndam bus tour was sold out) and had a wonderful day and it is well worth the price of ticket, which included 2 meals and all fees at Arlington Cemetery.

The place was sparkling clean, the staff were very friendly helpfull and check-in was quick and easy.

Parking areas are nice, kingsgate- great place to take the kids and good customer service upon check -in.

Internet service was easily purchased through WAYPORT and provided excellent service for $30 for a week.

Clean shower curtain, the pool was a little bit chilly.

Com for a very reasonable price and the lobby of the Ramada was also hot.

The air conditioning was impressive and the pool was very well cared for the grounds were beautiful.

Friendly staff everywhere we went and the room was spacious and clean.

    Beautiful surroundings and a lovely place. Com for a very reasonable price and the lobby of the Ramada was also hot. The staff was very friendly and helpful, check-in was quick. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen cabinets were very high and the food was good.

    Parking areas are nice, kingsgate- great place to take the kids and good customer service upon check -in. Thick curtains in the bedroom to keep light out for mid day naps and the kitchen cabinets are way too high. Lots of reasonable restaurants close by.
