  The ponds and fountains were beautiful, location was perfect. The place was clean, well stocked and comfortable, staff were friendly. The beds were very comfy and the kitchen was spacious. Pool was a little cool for our 10 mo.

  The island was old and the dishwasher was extremely old, the pillows were foam and very uncomfortable.

  The whole area is quiet and the hotel has a indoor and outdoor pool. The exterior landscaping is pristine and well maintained, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Free internet access in clubhouse.

  The location is fantastic and this a great place for a get away. The staff is friendly, courteous and helpful, rooms are large and have a whirlpool tub.

  Great location, clean, nice rooms, beautiful place and the staff very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable, the pools, we did use, were well maintained.

  The view was of the fountain and no other buildings, the ceiling fans were dusty. The sheets were dirty and the concierge was pushy and aggressive.

  Big jacuzzi /extra sink area off master bedroom and great place except for high pressure sales pitch.

  The front desk staff were attentive to our needs, the room was very clean and the kitchen was nice and big.

  The playscape near the main recreation center was closed all week to repair a fence, adult pool" was not much bigger than a bathtub.

  A staff member was nice enough to open our door for us, our 2 bedroom unit was very clean.

  All the front desk staff were helpful and our 3 bedroom villa was very clean, spacious and well equipped. The pool was nice and clean.
