The hotel has particularly good and excellent location adjacent to Arizona and Grand Canyon, Sedona and other parks/sights. The room was well-appointed and well-equipped, had private bathroom. The staff was helpful with advice and suggestions.

This was a fantastic stay for a family vacation. The staff were personable and pleasant. The rooms were attractive and fairly quiet, with private bathroom. The primary restaurant served a wide array of outstanding food.

The hotel was an excellent base for enjoying a very quite area, just off a nice restaurant and patio, Flagstaff, shopping and restaurants, and surrounding area. The rooms were updated and fantastic, were equipped with king bed and a pull out couch, for instance. Central location was a plus

Booked a room with a huge bed. The staff members were helpful and suggested local places. Location: the hotel was so close to Arizona on September 7th after a very long trip cross country on Amtrak and Grand Canyon, petrified forest & painted desert and malls.

Worked out well to have a vacation condo with a bedroom, living room and kitchen for the same or better price than staying at an expensive hotel chain. It was particularly convenient for us and our 2 year old daughter.

excellent base for exploring flagstaff. exceptionally comfortable place, free parking, amazingly nice staff. marvellous location to bushmaster park. loved very quiet area. perfectly clean and fully-equipped rooms with an adjoining terrace, a kitchenette area, and a dining table. a bathtub in the bathroom.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect - close to stores and the Grand Canyon. The hotel is situated in a quiet neighborhood, which made for a peaceful stay. The rooms were well-equipped with a king size bed and a pull-out couch, providing plenty of space for my family. Plus, having a kitchen with utensils was a convenient bonus. this hotel offered great value for the price!

No major issues to report, everything was just fine.

Everything because it was not what we expected. We expected an hotel and this is a vacation rental resort it was awesome the facilities were great lots of stuff to do close by. I will be staying there more often now that I know its a kid friendly place, clean and very comfortable.

The weather was nice so we had the doors open enjoying the fresh air and did get a little anoyed by a dog barking down the street

I liked that it was an easy drive to catch our train trip to the Grand Canyon. I also like that you provide free WiFi. Beautiful location and friendly staff made our trip very memorable as well! Thank you! :-)

Convenient location, spacious rooms, and friendly staff. Good range of amenities including pool, hot tub, and mini golf. Enjoyed the rec center and staff were helpful. Perfect choice for a home away from home.

The location was great for all the sightseeing we wanted to do. Comfortable and clean condo.

The buildings were being updated and well taken care of, however were very old and in need of new cabinetry. They were needing and good cleaning as well as they were sticky to the touch. This property is not really kid friendly either. They do have a rec room but is small and crowded. They do not allow kids in the hot tub even with their parents and even if no one else is using it. Kind of a bummer when there is no pool to use either in winter.
