The rooms were spacious and had great facilities for self-catering, allowing me to cook my own meals. The location was central and easy to get around, with quick access to public transportation. I also liked the fact that there was a gym available for use during my stay.

The constant pressure from the hotel representatives to attend a seminar and become a member of their parent company was overwhelming and uncomfortable. I was on a business trip and didn't want to waste my time sitting through a sales pitch.

We were pleasantly surprised by the size and comfort that this hotel offered. Our suite had a full kitchen and laundry facilities which felt like a home away from home. The location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to major stations like Museum or Central, the ferries, and popular attractions within walking distance. We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

my only criticism is that the pillow was extremely uncomfortable for me. too soft - it appeared to be substantial but when goes flat in use. I had to boost it with a rolled up bath towel.

We had a romantic escape and stayed for a few days in a top-level room. The room was spacious, with comfortable beds and great amenities. The location was perfect, close to transport links and lots of places to eat nearby, including a fantastic Chinatown. We especially enjoyed being able to easily walk to Darling Harbour and other attractions.

We did notice some negative aspects during our stay. The soundproofing was quite poor, and we could hear the noise from the street outside our window. Additionally, we found the cleanliness of the room to be lacking, with some stains on the carpet and walls. while the hotel had some positive aspects, we think there is room for improvement.

Friendly staff, clean, comfortable and with good facilities. Great location within easy 10 minute walk for shops and 20 minutes for the main attractions/circular quay.

The cost of the Internet. The Internet is outsourced to a third party and the third party is very expensive. I used us$60 in three hours, with no hard core streaming. The hotel appreciate this is a problem and are looking into alternative providers. On the plus side, there are a lot if free wifi spots in and around the centre of Sydney.

We had a great stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to everything we needed. We were just a short walk away from shops and not far from the train station. The staff provided excellent service, with room service and the option for dry cleaning. The room was well-equipped with amenities such as heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. We appreciated the in-room safe for our valuables.

We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

My parents are members of Wyndham in the us and so if I know there is a Wyndham wherever my husband and I are traveling, I try to stay there. This Wyndham is is a great location- close to Hyde Park, and shopping. And still only a 30 minute walk to catch the ferries to other parts of Sydney. The staff was extremely helpful. Devlin left a bottle of champagne for us for our anniversary. Other staff helped show us places we wanted to go, getting us a taxi, and suggestions of other things to see. The room was fabulous! We had a one bedroom apartment and it was stocked with everything we needed to make our own breakfast each morning after a short trip to the market. There was a nice living area, and the bedroom was large with a comfy king-size bed. Great value accommodation.

The area has a lot of small, seedy looking hostels or backpacker spots. You have to remember that Sydney is a large city, and you should stay aware of your safety. We didn't have any issues, but just did not feel as safe as we do at home.
