No information regarding the hotel or waterpark in English or any other scandinavian language. Expensive breakfast.

The location was excellent w. on-site parking. Service, cuisine, courtesy, and comfort were great! Several staff members spoke acceptable English. We appreciated the ease with which we could see Stralsund (a fascinating historic port city) and leave the city to explore the Rugen peninsula and the Prerow area.

This hotel is in close proximity to the local zoo and shopping center, perfect for families with children. The rooms are comfortable, and the staff is helpful and friendly. They offer a tasty breakfast buffet, and the sauna and pool are great for relaxation. The rooms are equipped with all the necessary facilities, such as comfortable beds and modern TVs.

The price of the dinner buffet could be considered a bit high for the quality offered.

Rooms are large with big windows. Some nice design features such as a lighthouse housing the tv. Decor somewhat 1990s. Miles away from the town centre, but practical for some shopping , the zoo and access to the motorway.

Staff could be friendlier. Whilst Wifi is free, everything else, including access to the Spa as well as breakfast, is extra.

The facities were excellent and the fact that it was connected to the swimming pool was even better

The food was overpriced very nice but very expensive, not your typical family affordable

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful without being intrusive. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I loved the big windows that let in a lot of natural light. The hotel is conveniently located close to a shopping center and right next to a zoo, making it a great option if you're traveling with kids. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was amazing, with a wide variety of tasty and fresh food to choose from.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a luxurious 4-star hotel in this area, and let me tell you, it was a delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff here made me feel truly welcomed and attended to my every need. The rooms were not only clean and spacious, but my room even had a balcony where I could sit and enjoy the evening breeze. It was such a treat to have that outdoor space.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Hotel located outside city, good for families with young kids who love to play in the pool. Entrance fee includes unlimited access to pool and sauna, great for spending a day at the indoor waterpark. Hotel staff are incredibly kind and helpful. Food was delicious, with buffet breakfast and dinner offerings.

The room was uncomfortable due to the lack of air conditioning, which resulted in a poor night's sleep. Limited food options available outside of the hotel; the hotel restaurant is expensive. No free water available in the rooms. an okay choice for a city break, but not great if you value a good night's sleep or affordable dining options.

We had a wonderful romantic escape and enjoyed the hotel's prime location near the city's top attractions. The staff were incredibly accommodating and made our stay even more enjoyable. The spa services were fantastic and we both felt rejuvenated after our treatments. we appreciated the breathtaking views from our room and the luxurious amenities provided.

The hotel's restaurant left something to be desired. The food was mediocre and not worth the high prices.
