  The atmosphere in the lobby harkened back to a glorious era in hotel stays, nice staff and clean, roomy, comfortable room and beautiful public spaces. The food wasn't bad at all.

  The hotel did offer us a complimentary breakfast in light of the problems, all staff were very friendly professional and courteous, our room was spacious and clean.

  Beautiful historic hotel in downtown San Antonio, texas and the front office staff. I used room service twice and nice downtown restaurants.

  This hotel was the worst hotel i have ever stayed in, front desk were all very nice and helpful, the cleanliness of the room was semi acceptable.

  Other attractions in the city, besides, the park was pleasant and full of avian songsters, the river walk was beautiful and scenic. The decor was fantastic, the interior of the lobby was nice and staff were mostly very helpful and polite. The rooms were clean and bar were great too.

  The sofa and chaires were not good and felt dirty, the towels were thin and worn, the bellman upon checkout was extremely slow. Year round pool was closed.

  I loved the location, hot one minute and many Many better choices within walking distance of the St. Convenient to the Riverwalk and very good rate. Very traditional old style, staff were incredible and the concierge team was very friendly and helpful.

  The room was not clean and iron +board was handy. The walls and curtains were stained, no pool, wish I had known that,had grandchildren.

  The location was pretty awesome, the decor of the hotel was lovely and lobby was wonderful as well. Staff in general were polite, bed was uncomfortable and restaurant was fine to nice.

  The location is wonderful, loved the old world decor and feel of the hotel, the beautiful lobby fooled me check in. Beds are very comfortable and the rooftop pool is lovely.

  The service is very, very slow and first, the elevator is extremely loud.
