Wyndham San Jose Hotel - 聖荷西

Located in a great location, this made me feel unwelcome as I never even made known to the hotel that my visit was so unpleasant and the staff was very friendly we checked in.

Overall, I guess having paid under 100 dollars for this, you get what you paid for, but we had our meetings at the nearby Hilton Garden Inn where the location, staff and interior looked much nicer.

Now, if I forget that piece I can say that the room was nice, the staff was helpful, and the location was great for the airport.

Our flight had been cancelled Due to the Denver Blizzards, and we were given a 6:29AM flight out of San Jose Airport.

So we decided to stay at a hotel the night before and get a shuttle to the airport.

I could only say the bed was a bit cheap in quality but the room was clean, the bathroom well equipped and the staff were most accommodating.

We were given a large room with a King Size Bed that was clean and neat.

The bed was comfortable and the room had all the necessary ammenities.

First, I reserved a room with a king size bed and subsequently received email confirmation.

However upon arrival I was informed by the clerk - Garrett - that my room was not available and I was given a room with a smaller bed for the same price as the king size I had reserved.

Hotel restaurant is expensive but OK for breakfast.

There are also severl restaurants across from the hotel: a good Japanese restaurant (packed on a wed night at 6:30), a Japanese steakhouse, a chinese restaurant (looks nice but almost empty).

There is convenient restaurant downstairs with a nice breakfast buffet in the morning.

Room was clean, bar and restaurant are a bit pricey.

Hotel was clean, bar & restaurant onsite, with room service too.

The only positive thing I can say is that the staff was very friendly and the maid service will remember any request that you make, such as extra sugar for coffee etc.

The place was a perfect value, the front desk customer service agent was friendly and helpful, the rooms were spacious.

The lobby was very nice, the shuttle was on time and the driver was very courteous.

If you plan to hang out in the lobby or in the elevator, great.

There is an outdoor pool, looks clean, but the too cold for early Apr (although the water felt heated).

Wireless connection was not available and dial-up cost $12 an hour.

Hookup for high speed connection to your computer.

Very friendly hotel representative, great service and the room was spacious and clean.

At check in was given a non smoking king room which was fairly big and clean.

The rooms are decent, but nothing great - clean and comfortable, but slightly worn.

The bathrooms were reasonably clean also, but clearly not in prime condition.

Our rooms were recently updated and clean.
