This hotel is tucked away between the rainforest and the ocean and is about one hour away from San Juan. It's enjoyable and good for families, with lots of activities. There are two beautiful pools, a delightful beach, tennis center, water sports, and an excellent spa. There's also a conference center. The food is subpar and expensive, though.

        An absolutely magnificent view from our room and beach was good. Hotel grounds were beautiful and the staff were fantastic and lots of fun. The accommodation were also fine and also, the bar tenders were great.

        The taxi prices were ridiculous, food was overpriced and the gym was weak by my standards, not nearly enough free weights.

        Pool beach was wonderful and the view actually was pretty good. The hotel grounds were beautiful and the room was about as nice as a Hampton Inn for the interior, nothing special. Staff were extremely helpful and concierge had great driving directions to the main destinations. The water was amazing and the burger was much better.

        We liked the beach, was clean we were there and the staff were wonderful about the situation and we felt safe. Also, the hotel's sunset sail trip was very nice and the Lobby was indeed beautiful and the view of the ocean was breathtaking. The service was excellent and water was warm.

        To the pools, landscaping, food even the beach was very nice, the room was very clean and our view was spectacular, the service at the hotel was fine. The staff were exceptionally helpful, the manager, Anna, was wonderful and the bed was very comfortable and pillow top mattress. The burger and fries at the tiki bar was good, the few meals we did eat on the resort were certainly delicious. The locals were very friendly and accommodating.

        Very clean, great pools and beach, and awsome food, nice waves only about 6 miles east of the resort on Hwy. The pictures on the site are very accurate and the place is beautiful. Lobby are very nicely appointed and service is very good, friendly and helpful.

        As far as relaxing by the pool/beach was nice and our view was a gorgeous partial ocean view. This place was wonderful, com staff were beyond helpful and friendly, upon our arrival our room was fine. The food was excellent, facilities were clean.

        The restaurant just outside the resort had a very nice view, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, the service was ok, at best. The bed was amazing, the food at the reosrt was for the most part pretty good and the pool and spa were superb.

        Comfortable bed, great bathroom, and a nice view, wonderful decor, the service was REALLY good and was not as crazy as the Gran Melia. Our room was clean and the food was super and prices were reasonable.

        Our room had a simply glorious view of the ocean and our next stay was at Rio Mar for just one night. The staff were very attentive and bed was great. Best meal was at palio's and pools were clean.

        The hotel has a wide beach and is beautifully landscaped, the service is good. Internet is free then and the buffet all of the way on the quiet side is the best. The pools are great too.

        The fridge is pretty big and you can fit a lot of stuff, the staff at the resort is very courteous and outgoing. Rooms are very very comfortable and towels are all provided free to guests. The food is excellent and a great pool and the grounds look spectacular.

        This hotel is beautiful and the service matched the aesthetics, several of the staff people could use an attitude adjustment as well. No room credit, no discount on meals, no free parking and the food is good and relatively inexpensive by NY standards. The pools are spectacular.

        Outside of the attractive lobby area, the hotel was a little bit tired, the staff were very attentive and made you feel special, our room was cleaned each day to our satisfaction. El jefe burger shack was great.
