  Great pool/ location and very Nice Hotel. The lobby and the outside areas are quite grand and well maintained, the Bathroom could be more updated, 14 dollars for a hot breakfast that anyplace else might be $8. The facility has a large and classy look.

  The service has become worse and some of the bar staff are grumpy.

  Good location for Palm Canyon Drive the restaurants/ bars are and the hotel as you enter seems like its nice and clean. The rooms themselves are comfortable, the pool and jacuzzi are amazing, the Spa Casino is just a quick jaunt across a parking lot as well.

  Great location, beautiful Hotel/Air Conditioning Did Not Work In Our Room and the front desk staff were very helpful. Our bed was the worst and service for cleaning and drinks were good.

  I arrived at the small airport very late and the driver will was great, our room overlooked the front of the hotel, had a nice view, most staff were helpful in particular the bellhops. The pool water was murky and warm.

  Service in the lobby lounge was very slow at 5 pm, food was over priced and poor.

  Location was good, this hotel was nowhere worth we payed and none of the staff were friendly. The room was large, well furnished and very clean, pool was beautiful.

  The room was clean and faced the mountains,the view was great, stay were quite enjoyable. Service was ok as well.

  The bathroom was dirty and disgusting, the drinks were overpriced and weak at the pool.

  Loved this spacious, clean hotel and first, the maid service AFTER I tipped was pretty good. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were nice and fluffy, the Pool Was Great.

  I liked this hotel, great room and all in all the food wasn't bad. Beautiful pool.

  A little dirty in common areas and not worth the price. The staff were very unfriendly and most did not speak English.

  Great place to stay, the room itself is adequate and the pool is cool the pool attendants were wonderful.

  Staff are at best inattentive and at worst rude, restaurant is mediocre to awful.
