  From the front desk to the restaurant staff, very nice pool.

  The hotel felt very unfriendly and reception could not care less and were quite rude. The room i stayed in was noisy.

  The restoration of the whole island is incredible and location is perfect. The hotel is beautiful, the rates are very reasonable through Wyndham and the lobby is also very nice. Service is friendly and good, beds are comfortable etc.

  Perfect location and exceptional service, historic hotel. For the price, we received our money's worth, the lobby was beautiful and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the consierge and everyone at the front desk were very accomodating. Our room was very nice, drinks in the bar were delicious and the bathtub was antiquated, and not in a good way.

  Very nice pool area, beautiful hotel and historic building. The lobby was great, spa was excellent very friendly and helpful staff for the wedding we were getting prepared for, the room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The food was very good.

  Location was great and hotel was excellent. Piano player in the lobby was charming, all the staff were very friendly and helpful, s in the rooms, now hd flat screens, and the computer connection was very fast. The pool was very nice, well kept, and offered a swim up bar, and the food was good.

  Lovely pool area and nice hotel. I liked the cucumber and lemon waters in the lobby, refreshing on a hot texas day, friendly service, bed was comforable, room was clean. The food was great.

  The room had beautiful view of the courtyard and the gulf, the hotel was very accomodating. Lobby and restaurant were all very classy and clean, staff were very helpful attentive. To my pleasant surprise, the food was excellent, big swimming pool was perfect for our kids.

  The location was great for access to local restaurants and the beach, the staff were more than willing to accomodate our stay, maid service was good. The rooms were charming, then back to the pool was fantastic.
