Wyndham Hotel Galvez Galveston - 加尔维斯敦

The location was perfect, close to everything and the view of the beach was amazing.

The location of the hotel is great, close to the beach, stores and restaurants.

The location is nice (right along the sea wall and close to the souvenier shops).

Example, she failed to inform us that buses would be arriving every 15 minutes throughout the day to pick up cruisers--and we were having a wedding on the front lawn, which was her suggestion!

I don't mean vans, I mean large, loud, deisel buses!

We had a great oceanview room on the 6th floor, a comfortable bed, a clean bathroom, and plenty of towels for swimming.

Concerning the rooms--we had reserved and confirmation on a room with a king sized bed for 3 nights.

When we arrived they told us their computers were down and they did not know what rooms were available but finally said they had a room with a queen bed.

On arrival we were given a room with two double beds when we had ordered 1 king bed via the online service.

We complained and they moved us to another room that had a king bed and two windows but was basically the same size.

We also ate one lunch at the restaurant and were quite satisfied with our meals.

The lobby was huge and adjoined a restaurant and a bar.

We had the buffet breakfast in the hotel restaurant for $12 per person.

Staff at the in-house restaurant were very attentive at the breakfast buffet.

We were tired and really didn't want to search for a dinner restaurant and decided to eat in the Hotel's Dining Room.

I found the front desk staff a bit cold on occasion but room service, concierge were very friendly.

I would certainly stay here again, but I would go into it expecting delays and substandard service from the front desk and valet services.

This hotel gets the details right: the swim-up bar in the heated pool, excellent room service, courteous staff, etc.

The hotel rooms could use some TLC to match the lobby, and pool.

This is a great hotel with an incredible pool and spa area, at times even better than the beach, which is right across the street.

Rooms were very comfortable, the Jacuzzi's were great and the pool was beautiful.

Also, as a member, you get free Wi-Fi internet access (my husband loved it).

The Hotel was beautiful and the rooms were clean and updated.

The room was clean, well-appointed, and had a fabulous view of the Gulf.

We loved the shops that were near by and the hotel room was clean.

Hot tub areas were immaculately clean and this hotel was great.

The bathroom was clean, the food was great.
