We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a very good business area. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the business center of Panama City. Everything we needed was just steps away or a quick metro trip away. The surrounding neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, unlike other areas nearby. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, ensuring that all our needs were met.

The hotel is still a newer hotel in a very nice location with accommodating staff. The area is one of the nicest area in the city with Multplaza mall and a wonderful variety of restaurants. The area is one of the best areas in Panama City to explore on foot. Have the staff map out a route. Spanish is not a second language for much of Latin America but Panama City is one of the most accommodating for the non Spanish speaking tourist.

Excellent ambiance and great amenities. The hotel has a warm, cozy atmosphere that's perfect for a romantic escape. Their rooms are spacious and have good water pressure, and the huge showers are a definite plus. It's located near fantastic restaurants and shops, and the hotel staff is friendly.

A bit pricier than expected, with limited food options. The breakfast menu is very basic, so you might want to search for other breakfast options elsewhere.

Nothing to dislike.

Great location close to a metro stop in Obarrio, in the heart of the business center. You can easily walk around, although the sidewalk is a bit broken in that direction. The room is spacious, well-furnished and the bathroom is clean. The hotel has a rooftop pool and the staff is friendly and makes sure you have everything you need. There are some delicious breakfast options, too.

The hotel could improve the English language skills of their staff, so foreigners can feel more comfortable asking for information.

During my xmas stay, there were a couple of things I enjoyed about the hotel. Firstly, the shower was quite good and refreshing. Secondly, the hotel's location was quite convenient as it was a quick cab ride to major attractions. Lastly, the staff were friendly and helpful whenever we had a request.

There were several aspects that I did not enjoy. Firstly, the towels were old and worn, making them not very pleasant to use. Secondly, the breakfast was not satisfying and lacked variety. Lastly, the room itself was not very well-designed and felt cramped. All in all, while the staff were good, the hotel needs work to match its competition.
