We had a such wonderful stay for an entire vacation.

The hotel had a marvellous location quite a walk from Iglesia del Carmen. The airport was 10 minutes' drive away. Property's staff were dedicated and excellent. The room was good sized and had private bathroom plus a microwave and a fridge.

Location was exceptionally nice, our room had great views. The staff was very friendly and especially helpful and helped us find nightclubs and restaurants which were located next to. Got a nice size and well-equipped room, had a very pleasant stay on vacation. The bed was comfy, the amenities included a living area, a coffee table, and a chair. It was a secure area next to a metro station.

The building is nice and the rooms are a nice size and well-equipped with great facilities, micro-wave plus free wireless internet.

Terrific hotel with excellent service in amazing location adjacent to eateries, many shops/cafes/bars/ good restaurants within 1-2 blocks Via Espana and the metro are very close, and modern lavatory arts. Very very nice, pleasant staff towards all guests. Cheap and outstanding food for breakfast;))

I loved good sized and bright room here.

The location in a central area was particularly good and there were shopping malls and a little market nearby. Btw, the airport was 0.5 miles away. The staff there were truly friendly and helpful! Booked a room with modern bathroom.

Had a quite comfortable stay for an entire vacation, everything was great. The rooms were bright & well-equipped with modern bathroom. I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, the food was outstanding. The location in a good area was great.

actually, Ambassador didn't have enough room for me, so they delivered me to their sister hotel - WYNDHAM, which is really good. Only the location is a little bit far if by walk to via espania( where is the only place you can buy from super market "REY")

breakfast is free, however, there are a lot of small mosquito on fruits buffet. I've asked the waitress to see it and she took it away immediately.

This hotel is located in a central area with plenty of restaurants and a vibrant atmosphere. The rooms have modern bathrooms and small kitchens equipped with everything you need. The staff provides excellent service, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The room was very large and clean with a comfortable bed. The pool area was nice and there was a supermarket nearby. The location was convenient with bars, restaurants, and a metro station close by. The staff was friendly and attentive. The wifi was fast.

Felt well taken care of, no reason to complain.

Great staff, helpful with room issue, large pool and gym with city view, convenient location near public transport, neighborhood with local bars and restaurants, comfortable beds.
