Wyndham Garden Hotel - Newark Airport - 纽瓦克

Neighborhood not very appealing, but location convenient to airport.

We could see it from our enterprise rental location, but had to make a series of loops to actually get to the location.

I got a very good deal at this hotel ($70/night), and at first I was not impressed by the exterior or the location.

Returned back to the UK on Sunday morning after spending 7 nights at the Wyndham Garden Hotel – Newark Airport travelling into New York on a daily basis using the public transport bus & rail systems.

The pre-printed directions told me to take a 62 bus from the airport to Penn Station Newark and then get a train from there.

The room was comfortable, the bed spacious, the TV worked, bathroom was alright.

My room had a tall king-sized bed that waa one of the most comfy I"ve ever slept on, and there were at least six pillows in all different thicknesses.

The room was brand new and the bed was extreamly comfortable This is really the best hotel to stay in if you are traveling through the newark area!

The guest rooms met all our expectations, with two very comfortable queen beds, workstation and two armchairs.

We booked a room with a king size bed for only $65, which, I think, is a good price for the area.

The first morning I woke up ready for breakfast and went to restaurant wanting free breakfast as advertised only to be told only available between 5-6am?

00 on a lousy tasting breakfast at restaurant.

Wyndham has done major renovations to the lobby area, which now includes a deli, a convenience store, and a new restaurant.

The restaurant was open very early to very late to accommodate travelers and served the basic cafe-type meals.

We never used the restaurant so can’t comment on this but when we looked in, there were always guests eating and looked reasonably well occupied which says it all.

The front desk and housekeeping staff were very accomodating.

The free airport shuttle was en excellent service, the hotel staf were very very helpful in just about every kind of way and the staff was extreamly friendly.

In lobby at 4:10am for airport shuttle with many more people and luggage than the one van could possibly hold.

Even the couches in the lobby were stained.

Parking was convenient, well lit, plentiful and free.

Wi-fi was good too and outdated and food doesn't worth the money we paid for.

Booked.net said there was free wireless - actually costs $10/day.

This hotel was close to the airport and clean, the staff was very helpful, the room was beautiful.

Very good value for money, housekeeping staff were very accomodating and our room was clean and quiet.

The Bathroom was super clean the decore reminded me of a hotel bathroom of a hotel on the Las Vegas strip.
