The venue was in a very central location not far from a dual carriageway as well as the business district. Moreover, it was close to landmarks, including Grunder Workshops Hamburg. Economy double room was huge and modern with a bath.

Everything was great, with cheerful staff, met expectation. The room we had was warm and cosy with a bath, a fridge, for example. Variety of food for breakfast, which was delicious to satisfy everyone. The location close to the Berliner Tor Metro station was brilliant for us. The service was all in all excellent.

I got great value for my money at the Park Hotel Am Berliner Tor. The room was clean, warm, and the bed was really comfortable. The location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk from the subway and tram station, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
The only thing that could have made the breakfast selection better was if they had a wider variety of pastries.

Location is good, one stop to Center of Hamburg. NO English TV channels, I had very Old 14'' TV and was bad. Breakfast was repeated every day, nothing much to comment about.

The hotel is situated along a busy road but rooms are very well soundproofed.
The breakfast buffet is not very good. The buns and cereals are allright, but the eggs and bacon tasted old and dry.

my recent stay at park hotel in hamburg was absolutely perfect. the location is ideal, just a short walk from the central station. the hotel is clean with friendly staff, and the gold decorations added a touch of elegance that i loved.
Noise was an issue.
