WRH Termini is a small budget hotel located near Termini railway station. The outer design is made in 19th century style. Even though the prices for rooms are not as high as in luxurious hotels, the service impresses. The hotel offers 6 comfortable guest rooms, always clean, featuring nice interior. For no extra charge you can order a breakfast to your room or have a meal in breakfast hall. Remarkably low prices, welcoming services and friendly atmosphere make the hotel a great place for those who are short of money, but still want to get the most of their trip to Rome.

Good value for the money. Good with computer and wifi on the room. Godd that they offered transfer to airport.

The pictures of the room did not quite match the reality.. (much smaller and no door between the rooms).

WRH Termini was overbooked and they graciously offered to move us to WRH Suites for the same price. WRH Suite was very close to the Termini and felt very safe. The rooms are spacious and clean, one of the largest we've stayed at in Italy.

We originally scheduled to go to check in at 8pm on Sunday but our schedule changed and we arrived in Rome at 430pm instead. When we arrived, no one was there to let us in the door and we called WRH Suites (two different numbers), walked over to WRH Termini (no one was there either, called WRH Termini, and all the numbers were either disconnected or no one answered. We finally got in touch with them after a tenant at WRH Suites came out and gave us another number to call. Would much prefer to have a number to reach them! Also, WiFi was sporadic. Still would recommend though.

The friend of the hotel boss, who welcome us on our arrival day, is very nice and helpful. He give many suggestions and help to us. Besides, location of this hotel is perfect as less than 5 minutes working to central train station and 2 supermarkets nearby.

The reception boy, who start to work 1 day before our departure, is never smile and always saying that "sorry but I don't understand what you are speaking". Compare to this boy, the tight of room size and no buffet breakfast are things need to be mentioned but not the sufferest.

        Friendly staff, great location.

My shower was already broken when I first stepped in the room, we were bathing on the account of a few water drops. Staff couldn't fix due to the local holidays but they were definetly aware of it beforehand. It's simple: customer pays for a fully working room, if you can't fix it, refund. The hotel gave me 5 euros per night back, that's not even 10% of the total amount.

The staffs are friendly and helpful.Alessandro and Daniel helped us in booking taxi to pick us up to and from airport or port multiple times. The showed us the easier way to go around Roma. The best of all - they speak English.

The hotel is on the 2nd floor of an old building. Travelling with big luggages can be difficult because you have to carry your luggages 2 flights of stairs before getting in an elevator. The elevator doesnt stop on the exact floor where the hotel is, you either have to walk few steps up or down the stairs to get to the office or room. But if you travel light, it not that bad- you'll need the exercise after eating too much pasta.

The location is really great. The shuttle busses to the airport stop at the end of the street. The staff is really friendly and helpfull. The room was clean and big enough. I really like the fact that you pay less when you're staying alone, most hotels just charge the same room fee when staying with 2 people. I would defenitely stay here again.

It was a little noisy, but I guess thats expected in a city hotel.

Clean and very nice rooms, very kind and helpful staff, incredibly close to the train station

While this was very close to the train station it was hard to find because the sign labeling the hotel is a small plaque posted on the wall, not obvious from the street. But if you know the address and pay attention, you can see the name on the little call sheet outside of the building and they will buzz you up.

Location is very good. About 3-5 mins walk from Termini Station. There is a supermarket nearby and lots of eateries. Room and bathroom were clean. Ammenities (soap, shampoo) are provided. Also provided free and daily is a tray of breakfast food, consisting of pre-packaged tarts and mini-toasts, jam spread and two capsules of espresso coffee. Staff was very friendly, and will help you plan your itinerary if asked. Wifi is available free.

Do not expect to find the hotel by looking for a big sign sticking out of the building. We almost missed the location and found it only by looking at the list of occupants outside the building. Luckily there were other people entering so there was someone to open the door. If not, I guess you have to press the buzzer. Wrh Terimini shares the building with several other Bed & Breakfasts and is located on the 3rd floor. You have to lug your suitcase half a flight of stairs to a small elevator (if it works). Reception desk is not manned 24 hours (although they give you a 24 hour phone number). There are no fridge in the room. There is a common pantry where you can use the common fridge. However the pantry is like any common pantries in college. The staff will give you three keys. One to the main door at street level, one key your room and one key to the common pantry. However since the reception desk is not manned 24 hours, you may have to carry the keys while you sight see. Also, get the staff to show you how to unlock the doors. We spent alot of time figuring out how to use the keys (its turn left and not right!). Position of the shower in the room is ridiculous! It is just a hole in the wall, with a shower curtain, and its a tiny space! After showering, the room and bed will be wet. At least they should install a shower screen. There is no light above the shower area, so after drawing the curtain, you have to shower somewhat in the dark. Definitely not for casual friends sharing a room!

The room was clean enough, and had everything needed. They had both wireless and a wired internet connection, which was very useful to me. My room had a window in an internal court, which made it very quiet. Temperature was nice too, not too hot for Rome. There was also a small kitchen and fridge. The bed was nice, I slept quite well there.

This hotel is more or less an improvisation, in my opinion. It is at the third floor of an apartment building, the reception is in one of the apartments, while rooms are in a second apartment. The door to the apartment with the rooms does not lock, so it felt somewhat unsafe. The bathroom is really tiny, I have seen small ones before, but never like this. The staff is not well trained for their job. I have been received by someone who did not speak italian, although spoke english perfectly, and I had to tell him myself what to write of the invoice, since I needed it for reimbursement. I had to actually write the words in italian on a piece of paper for him to fill in the invoice. I found that somewhat unprofessional. Also, he did not know how to let me pay with the Italian debit card (in Rome!!!) , so in the end I had to use my MasterCard, which I did not want to. They want you to pay upfront, before seeing the facilities.. I would have left the second night, probably, if this was not the case.

Location of Roman Terrace, Wrh Termini on Via Manin was excellent (same company as Wrh termini Suites on 4th Floor. Checking-in was straightforward and useful information given (in excellent English) was very useful for our stay in Rome. Room and bathroom were very clean. Communal kitchenette with coffee and tea supplies + microwave is a nice touch. Outside terrace was nicely furnished and a comfortable place to spend time outside when back in the accommodation.

The bathroom had modern fittings with a plush-looking shower with multiple jets but the water power was very weak and even using just the overhead shower the water pressure was terrible and rinsing out shampoo took ages. Also, the water never got above warm and on two mornings it took nearly 10 minutes for it to go from cold to lukewarm. I actually washed out the bathroom bin and part-filled it with warmer water from the sink to use as a manual shower! The drain from the sink was very slow to let water out. The plumbing needs attention, basically! I'm answering No to the next question but would recommend Wrh termini if it weren't for the plumbing issue as it was so clean and well located for getting around Rome and for trips out of Rome..

The location was great, the rooms were clean and the guys running it were very flexible and helpful. Wifi was fast. This was a good experience for our family overall.

The barely-working air conditioning was no match for the summer Rome heat. Strangely, the evenings were much cooler outside than in the rooms, so opening the windows was the only relief. Unfortunately, the street is extremely noisy at night, so the choice was to cook in the hot room in quiet, or have a cooler room but tolerate the yelling patrons of the wine bar below. A fan near the bed would totally help.
