The location is perfect - close to Disney and this hotel is a great place to stay.

You can’t beat the location, close to everything and the quiet peaceful surroundings.

My partner and I came seperately to different airports and it is just as convenient for Sanford as well as Orlando International.

20 foot lounge, balcony with furniture, fully fitted kitchen, washer & dryer (they even provide washng powder), 6 seater dining table.

2 - room 507) - 1 bdr had a queen for the girls, the other 2 twins for the boys and the master suite a king bed with master bath featuring walk in shower & corner jacuzzi tub.

There were four of us, and the three bedroom consisted of a large master bedroom, king bed, with large master bathroom with sunken tub and a shower big enough to hold four people in it!

There were also two other bedrooms, one with two twin beds, one with a double bed, and another bathroom, There was also a complete kitchen with plates, pots, etc.

The master bedroom is generous with a huge king-size bed, large TV, a fabulous jet-spa tub, a big walk-in shower, two sinks, and a nice closet with a safe for valuables.

You enter into a small foray, turn left and there was a small room with two-twin beds, a generous closet, dressers w/27-inch tv, and a generous bathroom with tub and shower, and sink attached to the room.

There is no real on-site restaurant, unless you count the tiki bar and the continental breakfast.

The tiki bar was good and the free breakfast was nice.

Also don't expect to actually see the Tiki Bar open this time of year, and forget walking to another restaurant.

However we were informed that one of the next building phases will incorporate a restaurant / bar - once that is finished it really will have it all.

Ponderosa's 'All You Care To Eat Breakfast' for $4.

The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful, and having rented other condo units, it was very, very nice to have daily housekeeping service.

Or a concierge on the premises as you would for a nice hotel and the staff was exceptionally friendly.

Parking was ample, even near the pool entrance.

The pool area is one of the best I've seen with high quality furniture and great landscaping and fabulous jacuzzi spar.

Although they do not have shuttle service to the theme parks, everything was close by and parking at the theme parks was never a problem.

Wired internet is in room, but not wireless, which is only by the pool.

It looks like they have high-speed internet, although, we never had a chance to find out.

Super kitchen - huge cooker / fridge and clean the tub/ shower/ toliets.

The Living Room was comfortable, the free drinks at the clubhouse were a definite plus and the pool was spotless.

The staff was great and the rooms were very clean.

The rooms are spacious and clean, the continental breakfast is wonderful you are not too much of a big breakfast person.

The rooms are modern (think sparkling granite countertops) and clean.
