We had an amazing experience during our stay at this venue. The location was, hands down, the best. We loved how everything was so close to here, including the Plaza and fast food Chinese place down the alley. The service was exceptional - the staff were very accommodating and made sure all our requests were met. The room amenities were top-notch, especially the air conditioning, kitchenette, and dining table. We also enjoyed sitting in the garden furniture, which provided a chill atmosphere.

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. This hotel's 24-hour reception and security, laundry services, and wake up service stood out.

My room was great-sized and bright with a king sized bed in the master, had smoke detectors for safety measures. Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Santa Fe.

The staff at this hotel are very attentive and provide excellent service. The rooms are well-equipped with basic amenities, including a humidifier in the only bedroom and a kitchen. The breakfast offered here is also a great bonus, ensuring a good start to the day.

The room was poorly maintained, with a broken sink and slow drains in the bathroom. The bed was uncomfortable, and the sheets were not changed during our entire stay.

It's easy to explore the town from this hotel. It's close to just about everything in the old town area and within walking distance of the Plaza and shopping malls. The location is also great for visiting the Canyon Rd galleries. The rooms are relatively comfortable, with some units being updated and with a southwestern feel.

A cozy and comfortable stay in Southwest style décor with a gas-fired fireplace. The staff were polite and hospitable, and provided us with complementary breakfast and welcome drinks. The hotel’s location offered easy access to a diversity of restaurants and tourist attractions. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a fully-equipped kitchenette to prepare snacks and light meals.

The accommodation had no pool and fitness center, which are typical features of higher-starred hotels. The internet speed was not very fast, and we had to disconnect one of our devices to connect another.
