The rooms were extremely spacious and absolutely perfect equipped with nice views. The location of the hotel was marvellous - just a short walk away from Lakeview Shopping Center.

Thank you very much for the really nice stay for a relaxing holiday exploring the lake and surrounding mountains. It has spotless and perfect rooms to offer with video games and air hockey. Everyone who works in the venue is super-friendly and amicable.

The location here is fantastic! You're super close to a grocery store, a zoo, and a charming village. Plus, you're just a stone's throw away from the Bear Mountain and Snow Summit ski resorts, as well as the stunning mountains of Southern California. And if that's not enough, you're also conveniently located downhill ⛷️.

The rooms of our place were huge with nice views, everything was nice. The location offered was beautiful and favourable right by grocery store, zoo, and and the village and the valley and the Big Bear Lake. It also was in the mountains of Southern California.

We had a great time staying at a mountain resort. The location was perfect, being very close to Big Bear Mountain and Snow Summit. We received multiple confirmations prior to our arrival, which made us feel welcomed. We enjoyed nice walks to the lake and some shopping areas nearby. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service. We also appreciated the convenience of having grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance.

The pool water was quite cold for young children to enjoy.

Generally, the place was nice and had superfriendly staff at the hospitality of the staff. The location was central, not far from the market and Worldmark and cool club house and hot tub.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, recommending great local restaurants. The hotel is conveniently located next to grocery stores, supermarkets, and shops. It was nice to have the Juice Factory close by for pastries on a rainy day.

I had a fantastic stay at this mountain resort. The condo was clean and spacious, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a great rec room for the kids and a lovely patio. The location was perfect, close to Stater Brothers, OJs Donut House, Vons, Starbucks, and Maggios pizza. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The experience was really really nice, will come back. Good choice of food for breakfast, which was delicious to satisfy everyone. The location was stunning and ideal, short walk to the Stanfield Cutoff at the East end of Big Bear Lake, and the Big Bear Lake and Snow Summit. Also, Snow Summit Ski Resort was 1 mile away.

The property was clean and well-maintained, with a beautiful view from all the buildings. The heated pool and jacuzzi were a nice touch. The location was great, with convenient stores and coffee shops nearby.

Although the property was nice, the resort staff was overly persistent in trying to get us to attend a sales pitch. They asked us to attend a meal with a sales pitch four times in less than 24 hours, even after we made it clear that we were not interested.
