The hotel room was clean and comfortable, with a great view over the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my Christmas stay enjoyable. The buffet breakfast had a good selection of food, and I particularly enjoyed the evening meal. The hotel's location was convenient, with several shops and restaurants within walking distance.

The bed was comfortable. The hotel is easy walk to Fehe Park and yingze park. Good location next to the Taiyuan train station

room sevice food was average at best, room smelt very stale, needed the curtains washed as they were thick with smoek and dust

This is a great place to stay if you want to explore the area, and there are some good restaurants nearby like Tang Dou Shengtai Yuan. We highly recommend it.

Very positive experience at this hotel

The elegance of the rooms and the greetings with fruit and other amenities that made it very special. It is located in the 5th floor of the World Trade Center with magnificent stores on the first floor.

We did not have enough time to enjoy the facilities since we spent only about 14 hours in transit to Pingyao.

Here is an elegant contemporary high rise in the midst of a bustling city. The well-appointed room was luxurious. The high-end amenities and services made it a perfect choice for business or leisure travelers. The restaurant offered a diverse cuisine of Western and Asian flavours with freshly-cooked hot dishes and egg stations. Moreover, the attentive staff provided excellent service and created a relaxing environment at the bar/lounge area.

Although the vast majority of the hotel was great, there was just one small drawback.

The location was fantastic and the services were great. Our housekeeper was very friendly and helpful.

For being only 6 years old some places, such as the glass enclosure around the pool and rugs seemed dirty. I know there is some pollution issues but this just seemed like poor housekeeping in the main areas.There were lots of people working but they never seemed to be doing a whole lot. This stuff could be cleaned more thoroughly. Our room housekeeping was great though.

The location in the center of the city was perfect, as it was close to a shopping complex. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially the housekeeper who was always helpful. The double family room was huge and the beds and pillows were incredibly comfy.
