  So crowded and everybody is trying to eat and drink as much as they can because it is free. Lots of children at the pool so it is impossible to have a rest. Food is terrible in the self service restaurant.

  We didn't get off to a good start when we arrived in the night to find we had double beds when we had requested twin beds. They could do with a good refurbish but we had a nice shower and the bedding was clean and changed each day as were the towels. I found the food of good standard and there was plenty of choice. Each evening there was something grilled fresh outside along with a huge choice of buffet food inside.

  Booking is a bit of a problem as you have to book at 9am and can only do it by phone and so is everyone else. Some of the staff could benefit from a customer relations course! Several were rather rude and the odd waiter thought he could talk to us in a manner that was not very acceptable.

  We had the most wonderful week at the Kremlin Palace everyone made us feel very welcome, it is very clean the rooms are spacious, and staff are very helpful and kind although some didn't speak to much english they all made you feel welcome. The food in the buffet restaurant was very good there is plenty to choose from and you never went hungary.

  The hotel is gorgeous, the pool area is massive, great for little ones my 3 year old daughter loved the slides, and i just loved relaxing round the pool. The only downfall is the food was very repetative i'd give it 5 out of 10, by the end of the holiday i'd had enough of the salad even though it was very nice. All the staff i have to say were very friendly and the animation team were very good, they held a mini disco for the kids and shows for the adults every night.

  The beer my partner said was watered down, and you do get drinks in plastic cups but if you did ask the waiters for a glass instead there were'nt any problems at all.

  The pool area is lovely, and always spotless, you can not even put down a bottle of water without it being cleared away immediately! The staff are brilliant, extremely friendly, and you never have to wait for anything. The animation team are great, and have devised many fun pool games that are a laugh to watch even if you don't want to take part.

  I didn't leave the hotel for two weeks and didn't particularly want to as everything you need is in the hotel, I do agree with one of the other reviewers that the shop is ridiculously overpriced, I ran out of hair conditioner and had to pay 14 euros for a bottle!

  My husband wants to add that he thought the food was OK, and there was a nice selection, and also that there are very nice slides for kids and also for adults.

  First of all, the service is somewhere between terrible to non-existing. The waiters- ignore you, the house-keeping don't come when you need something, the girl at "guest-service"- extremely rood. The hotel is PACKED with people, very crowded, we tried for 7 days to make a reservation for one of the restaurants- it was impossible. There is mold in the bathrooms, which is disgusting. 20:00 to the dining-room you will not have a place to sit.

  The food in the main dining room is average for such all inclusive packages, but the food and service in the al la carte specialty resturants (also included) is well above average. BTW - the outdoor pool is huge and spotlessly clean, as is the Hamam and spa areas.

  The MAIN problem with the hotel, and one that will force me NOT to return, is that the airconditioning in the lobby and main dining area is non existant. IMPOSSIBLE to sit confortably in the lobby.

  The service was inexistant, i'm not expecting to wait 2,5 hours for clean sheets if my 2 y. Sometimes happens that Murphy's law is overtaking the destiny of one guest/room, when i was there, was really clear to me that almost everybody was not having a good time; you can just feel the tension in the air.

  The room was horrible, nothing that you can expect from a 5*.

  The toilets in the public area's were not always clean and its looking shabby in places for a 4 year old hotel.
