There are a number of famous museums worth seeing, such as the Higgins armory museum, Worcester art museum, Ecotarium and the city historical museum. Hanover theatre for the performing arts sets plays, comedies and musical acts.

Getting there.

The hotel is centrally located with easy access to all amjor sights. It takes about an hour to get from the Birmingham international airport to the hotel. Boston and Chicago can be easily reached by daily train service that runs through Worcester.

Getting around.

The Worcester Whitehouse Hotel is located just opposite the Foregate street station and has an easy access from the M5. The easiest way to get around the city is by car or bike. Buses are not very frequent in Worcester and usually run twice every hour.

  Our stay at the whitehouse was for just one night in early feb this year and the room was rather basic being neither contemporary nor cosy. The bar was pleasant and the staff freindly and helpful, the buffet had a good selection and the food was well cooked and presented.
