I had a wonderful stay at a charming hotel in the countryside. The setting was peaceful and the staff were friendly. I loved waking up to the sight of sweet cows across the street. The breakfast was delicious and I can't wait to go back. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway.

The hotel is situated in a quiet, rural area. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a plentiful breakfast buffet. The beds were comfortable and there was good secure parking.

As foreign tourists, we loved the close proximity to Heide Park Soltau, just a 5-minute drive away. The hotel provided convenient parking, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we even received complimentary bottled water for the night. The breakfast offered a solid selection of food, and we enjoyed spending time in the backyard with the animals and swings.

The location was super convenient for us young adventurers. We were able to explore the Lüneburg Heath Nature Park and soak in the Soltau Thermal Bath, which were both totally worth it. And let me tell you, the region is a paradise for thrill-seekers with its numerous animal, leisure, and adventure parks! Plus, the hotel had awesome facilities like a roundtrip airport shuttle, garden.

The only thing we wished for was more options for young party-goers. While the hotel was great for families and quiet relaxation, we were hoping for a bit more excitement and nightlife options.

The garden

The cleaning of our room started when we ate breakfast at our departure day, before we actually had leaved the room. Not good service!

The breakfast was quite hearty with a good variety of options. The room was cozy and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing stay. The location was excellent, with plenty of attractions and things to visit nearby.

There were a few issues that dampened my stay. the staff members had a limited understanding of English, which made communication a bit challenging at times.

Good and very clean. Nice place with a small playground and bicycles for the kids.

It s countryside so it s quiet. Lot of fresh air. Personal is kind, they don't want to make mistake. Restaurant has really good meat for a fair price. Room have a kitchen if you want to do some cooking. Nice garden for families, baby foot, pool, swimming pool and other activities.

Bathroom is not practical (no shower, you have to sit in the bath tub), the only soap delivered is in single portion (kinda like ketchup in fastfood) and you don't get enough if you only stay 4 days. Breakfast is only at 8, (they can do it earlier if you ask, but they might forget and you end up hungry all morning).

They were very friendly and helpful and welcoming.

We had apartement with 2 bedrooms and a kitchen. In the territory there is a lot of usefull facilities for the rest -- chindren's playground, playroom with billiard, table tennis, and another games; byciles for little guest's use in the teritory and a small indoor pool.

It's very difficult to get to the hotel without a car. The train staition not far from the hotel seems not to be in use for public transport. The bus stop, that goes from Rust train station is about 2-3 km.from the hotel.

Location near the Heide Park, peaceful surroundings and a good value for the moneys. A new swimming pool was nice extra.

This is not the most fancy luxury hotel, but if you need a place to stay for surroundings or budget trip, this hotel is the definition of value for money. Extremely cheap, but clean, spacious rooms with an excellent breakfast and beautiful surroundings.
