The hotel is conveniently located near the city center and close to the castle, making it easy to explore the area. The staff was friendly and the breakfast options were pretty good. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with spacious beds to rest after a long day of sightseeing.

The pool and spa facilities were dirty and poorly maintained. Despite having access to the facilities, we were unable to use them due to the unclean conditions.

The view from the balcony was unappealing, leading to a pile of garbage. It was also concerning that hotel staff entered the room without knocking and other guests could access the room with duplicate key cards.
