Locality was good, just a short walk to the beach and town centre. Parking just in front of the room, which was nice.

When we came in, the room smelled a lot like bleach. The television had a very bad connection.

Comfortable, clean and parking ok

No in-house telephone. No mobile coverage, therefore no emergency contact over night. Considerably overpriced, $110 per night very steep compared to other local motels.No meal services, nearest eating place, about a km away in Bicheno. Reasonable price would be about $85.( Stayed much more convenient, cheaper and comfortable motel in St. Helens at $90 per night. Would not recommend.

Comfortable and clean and good kitchen facilities. Separate laundry facilities including clothes line.

I had a great stay at a hotel on the outskirts of Bicheno. The rooms were clean and had modern facilities, including an updated bathroom. The hotel was surrounded by a balanced garden, creating a peaceful atmosphere. The location was ideal, as it was within walking distance to a lovely beach and the restaurant we wanted to go to. The breakfast, which was included in the price, was simple but satisfying, with tea and toast on two slices of toast.

Everything was fine.

The cookwares are sufficient for preparing meals. The staff are friendly.

The coating of the pan is coming out.

The room was spacious with a nice ensuite, and the beds were comfortable. The young man at reception was friendly and gave us all the information we needed. We also enjoyed the powerful shower and the cleanliness of the bathroom and bedroom. having a pool on the premises was a great bonus.

It was a bit inconvenient that the motel was located a little far from the town center, requiring a 20-30 minute walk or a short drive to reach restaurants and shops. The WiFi was also a bit temperamental, and the cutlery drawer kept catching on the fridge door, which was a bit annoying.

The gardens were fabulous, really nice to have seating outside the room looking on to the garden. The breakfast was very tasty and excellent value. The room was spacious and clean.

Great value for money with spacious and clean rooms. Convenient location within walking distance to several restaurants and local attractions. Comfy beds and hot showers, plus modern and functional bathrooms were some of the best aspects of my stay.

Noise from adjacent rooms and the car park disturbed my sleep, making for a less than ideal experience. the room was quite cold upon arrival and took some time to warm up, leaving me chilly throughout the night.

It was relaxing

They didn't encourage the use of facilities - e.g. we arrived on a hot day around mid-afternoon and would have liked a swim but the cover was on the pool. We ended up going down to the surf beach.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and recommended local restaurants for us to check out. The room was clean and comfortable with a huge shower and electric blankets. We appreciated the outdoor seating area and proximity to the beach.
