Excellent location right across from station, Marienplatz, and is close to a decent selection of eateries and a small supermarket, breakfast is nice.

The service is quite poor, the carpets in the hallways and the rooms are nasty stained.

Only 10min walking to the old city, great Hotel and perhaps the least helpful front desk staff in Germany. Overly hot and dry rooms, clean towels every day, the breakfast was good and service was efficient.
