Well great location views across winter park resort and the hotel is situated opposite the slope is good.

I recommend this place for the price, the view and location is great and the staff were very pleasant.

And the location to the ski area is just great - taking the bus is very simple.

There is underground heated parking with about 20 stalls if you are lucky to snag one, we did both nights.

The underground parking is limited, as mentioned by other reviewers but was nice.

They were really cramped with 2 double beds and a sofa bed for 5 persons and this room was badly in need of some serious updating.

Luckily I was in a large room with 2 showers and 2 king size beds and a sofa bed.

The rooms are fine, ours was a standard with two double beds, a tv, coffee maker and bathroom.

The room we stayed in could of had a better view - but it was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The room that we stayed in had NO bath tub.

The best part of the hotel was the bar and restaurant where the staff were very friendly and the choice (particularly at breakfast) was very good.

Wireless internet is available in a public lounge area, there is a reasonable restaurant and a rather a nice mico brewery bar for those who like a drink in the evening.

They claim to have a full service restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, but it was closed for an entire day and in to the next morning.

Reception staff were welcoming and the cleanliness of the room was poor - needed a good vacuuming.
