This hotel is not very exciting, but it is clean, comfortable and has a lot of value added features.
I never smoked in the room and this hotel is garbage for accusing me and stealing money out of my pocket.
The driver did say that you could call them which would cost $8 to get back to the hotel.
2006 because of the location~~close to Universal Studios.
Great hotel on a great location close to Orlando Int Airport.
Great location a block away from Universal and nice stay.
When you get off the moving sidewalk by the parking @ Universal there are a bunch of taxis lined up and we took one.
When we came back later that night from City Walk, by Universal we took a cab and it was only $5.
Our room was large with a desk, sofa, dresser, king size bed, large mini Fridge and microwave….
Bed was very comfortable, microwave was great for keeping leftovers and continental breakfast was pretty extensive- bagels.
My room was really clean and much larger than most standard hotel rooms I've stayed in.
The king size bed had 5 pillows and was SO comfortable.
Ants in the room, grunge on the shower walls and sink faucets, and the layers of dust behind the toilet paper rolls make you wonder.
Very good rate compared to neighbouring hotels, great rooms and free -all-you-can-eat buffet breakfast.
Our room was kept clean daily and best of all, there is a free breakfast every morning with a decent selection of food.
Additionally the high speed internet worked great, breakfast was excellent.
The surroundings beautiful and walking distance of several nice restaurants.

This hotel has a very nice staff, modern Bathroom and service deplorable as well as the breakfast.
The shuttle service to universal is an outside service that the staff seems to know nothing about, and it only runs twice a day.
Couldn't find the pool (but found the indoor jacuzzi).
The pool located at the back is not heated so we could not use it in December.
The swimming pool was clean temperature ice cold.

Stay clear, helpful staff and my room was really clean.
