The hotel's location was central, in the area we wanted to stay. The breakfast was above average with multiple varieties and waffles, and the team was helpful and kept the space spotlessly clean.

The room was tidy with a sofa. The breakfast was delicious. The location was incredible and beautiful, right by a high-end outdoor mall with restaurants like Cheesecake Factory, PF Chang's, and Mangiano's.

The hotel was a great base for exploring the area, surrounded by office parks and shopping centers. The room was brand new, well-appointed with a microwave, and featured views to the southeast. We had a lovely day here.

Location - ideal, not far from getting to different points in the Jax area and/or the beach, FL business park, and Jacksonville because of another brother's illness. Large breakfast and fashionable room with a nice decor: D

I recently stayed at a Hampton Inn in Jacksonville for a monthly visit to the Mayo Clinic. com. The receptionist, an older African-American lady, was very pleasant and accommodating. The hotel's location was convenient and I appreciated the option to book through their website.

The hotel had all the amenities we needed and was a bargain at the price. It was clean; the staff courteous and helpful and the location was great.

The facilities here are nice overall, the location is excellent and lovely, close to everything, the building and rooms are extremely clean, and there is a sofa bed available.

Ideal, comfy location next to Baymeadows, downtown or Southside town center and a beautiful new high-end outdoor mall with several restaurants like Cheesecake Factory, PF Chang's and Mangiano's. Also, to the soccer field. Above average start of the day with toast, milk, bread, pastries and yogurt.

The staff were professional yet personable, making us feel right at home. The whole facility was clean, including our room. We had a peaceful and quiet stay. The breakfast was great, with a helpful and friendly lady working in the breakfast area.

No complaints, everything else was fine.

The price and facilities were excellent. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet and our grandchildren loved the pool. The beds were very comfortable. All in all, it was a great choice.

The hotel was fairly clean and had very attentive staff who responded quickly and efficiently to every request. A flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave, and a refrigerator in my king room were useful during the stay. The property was close enough to Jacksonville, FL, as well as all stores.
