I loved the room that had a walk-in shower, and the bed was super comfortable. The location was nice and peaceful, plus there were plenty of restaurants nearby. Also, the fitness center was really convenient. 🌟

Beautifully designed hotel, it has accommodating staff from the housekeepers. The bar is great. This is a property go-to for Belcamp!

The room we had included a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a personal safe. The bathroom was clean, it was nice to have a bath.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient for the Ripken Experience. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The lounge area had tables for meals and a bar. it was a pleasant stay.

I did not like anything it has been a complete nightmare. I ddn't even stay thjere and was charged 143.10. If the credit card company had not stop the transaction they would have charged 329.00.

I was charged for staying there and did not step foot in that facility. The manager Serg Mstry told me it wasn't nothing he could do.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Holiday Inn. The hotel was clean and located in a convenient area with supermarkets, gas stations, and restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly, courteous, and always ready to help. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a nice place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. I also appreciated the fact that the hotel had laundry machines available. The breakfast was delicious and the service was excellent. The front desk, breakfast service, and cook staff were all friendly and accommodating. I had a great experience at the Holiday Inn and would recommend it to others.

The breakfast was poor; cold, probably not real eggs, and the entire counter was messy. English muffins had to be put through the toaster at least twice.

The staff is dedicated to addressing guests' concerns, with one particular staff member, Ashley, going above and beyond to accommodate. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, featuring amenities like coffee/tea makers, microwaves, and fridges. The location also offers easy access to nearby services and attractions.

Housekeeping could use improvement with regards to cleanliness and maintenance.

It was a brilliant place for sightseeing in Belcamp. The staff, from housekeepers to the manager, were very nice and pleasant. The hotel was near Belcamp, the fitness center, and all restaurants.
