Great value for the area and this hotel was gorgeous on the outside.
Nice view of the mountains, a wonderful hotel and the price was good.
The location is fine for visiting Banff national Park, of course, but Canmore by itself is a pleasant place to stay for a couple of days.

It was situated over the underground parking garage door, and we had to listen to it go up and down until late at night and start again first thing in the morning.

Complimentary hot and tasty breakfast - nothing to compare with the typical chain hotels kind: lovely buffet, fresh products, hot food prepared continuously.
