The hotel itself is shabby to be honest - it needs a lot of money spent on it.
Other than that, great breakfast, great location and the day staff was very nice and friendly.
Excellent location and the hotel was convenient for the beach as well as the main shopping area.

The Bathroom was small but at least modern - the best bit about the room was the bathroom!
The first night we stayed, which was during the week we got a lovely big room, lots of space, it was clean and there was no noise, the beds were comfertable.
Your room may not have AC thought the hotel advertises Air Conditioning.
BUT - we'd paid the extra for a room at the front of the hotel - huge double windows that opened, on the 6th floor so we could see past the casino to one side and it didn't matter a bit about the weather.
Staff was friendly and very tastefully refurbished room was very comfortable.
I would recommend this as its far more relaxing then eating in the Hotel breakfast room.
Breakfast was below average if that is important.
Also, please note that if you miss breakfast, Cafe Bleu across the road does an excellent continental breakfast for around €9.
It rained for much of the first 24 hours we were there, the central squares are being re-paved and it's currently a big mess and on top of that the couple of restaurants that were recommended in guides were shut for holidays.

Staff friendly, internet is available, I would most definitly stay again if I do not want to splurge on the Palais.
We had a partial sea view even we ordered a courtyard view, the hotel was adequate for a short stay and the staff was very nice and helpful.
There was a lot of noise that night from about 3 am to 7 am, phoned reception to be told they did not speak English.
You will grow old waiting for the one elevator.
Staff friendly, room comfortable and clean, does good seafood.
On our last night of our holiday we booked in again to this hotel,this time got a poky, would not swing a cat in the room, it was clean but very old fashioned.
