This nonsmoking hotel Windsor Arms was built in 1927 and has nice comforters and a great spa. The location is conducive to shopping and the high tea is delicious in the amazing dining rooms. A few naysayers claim that it's pretentious.

Very good central location, in a quiet little street you would find Windsor Arms and the Hotel suites are fab, spacious and sophisticated. The staff are fabulous, at the concierge desk is able to manage all your requests and room price is a bit high. The foyer bar is very relaxing and warm and welcoming, Swiss Chalet has better food service, the meeting facilities are very private.

The location is excellent, on a quiet street right off Bloor and the linens and the pillows are all the best I've ever seen in a hotel. The staff is kind, the rooms have just been re done and the food in Prime is superb and the waiters get better everytime we eat there. The Windsor Arms has a relaxing spa and a beautiful pool.

Staff were unbelievably helpful and professional, room was excellent, the concierge Kevin made wonderful recommendations for restaurants.

The absolute worse hotel i ever stayed at and no towels and the sauna floors were dirty and stained.
