Windmill Suites St Phillips Plaza Tucson - 土桑

Good location and the hotel is located in a great shopping plaza- has a smidge of nightlife.

Centrally located, it was easy to get around the Tucson area from this location.

The area that the hotel is location is ideal to local shopping and close to a food market Trader Joes.

Super 8, where we stay when we just need to sleep and shower near an airport does a better job!

Hot drink stations and really liked the river walk & bike ride right outside the door.

The rooms are very comfortable and large, has a bedroom with 2 double bed , Tv in the bedroom, a living room with a TV as well and a sofa, a small kitchen with microvave and fridge, bathroom with another separate very small room with a sink.

But the Windmill for this week was coming in cheaper for 4 people, two rooms (bedroom with 2 double beds, living room with double sofa bed).

Our bedroom seemed slightly larger and had a bit more closet space than the other family rooms, which were 2 double bed suites facing the parking lot.

We had two queen beds in their own room with TV, and then a sofa bed out in the sitting room with a TV and some other furniture.

The suite was very convenient, with a large bathroom and doors closing the bedroom off from the living room (not all suite hotels do this).

I didn't try the breakfast service, but there is a shopping complex with several restaurants next door.

Some reviewers have complained about the complimentary breakfast bar offerings.

I realize this must be a cost effective way for the hotel to serve breakfast but there have to be better and healthier ways to invest in some quality food.

The pool was nice and although I didn't eat the breakfast my parents and children said there was a nice selection.

The grounds including the pool area were very well kept and St Philips Plaza was a good place to have a wonder around with upmarket shops, fountains playing and 2 very nice restaurants.

We were so pleased with the service we received from everyone - all front deskstaff, room maids, breakfast ladies and maintenance staff - everyone had something nice to say to you.

Superb views of craggy peaks, quiet places and the excellent service from all the staff.

Staff very accommodating and the receptionist was polite.

I noticed them both doing that as I returned to the hotel from the parking lot on several occasions, and I have a hunch they later didn't even bother to blow the smoke out the window anymore.

Plenty of parking and a wonderful little strip mall to wander through.

The pool is heated to over 80-deg, and is large enough to swim short laps.

A big plus for this hotel was the free wireless access.

The hotel was lovely, the staff helpful, the rooms spotless and the only thing which I could criticise (not really the fault of the hotel) was that the leaf-blowers came to clean the Plaza at 5.

Clean and the staff is extremely helpful, the rooms are very comfortable and large.

The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was pretty good and the pool was warm and clean.

The hotel is clean and computer access is free in a room off the lobby.

Furthermore the bathroom was very clean, the continental breakfast was very limited.
